This position works independently, cross-functionally, and within a team environment. Overseeing of product procurement in multiple sites within Iraq is also a core responsibility. He or she provides direction and support to the team responsible for shipping, receiving, and staging equipment for installations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.The Warehouse/Inventory Manager is responsible for managing the warehouses team and overseeing the accurate recording, tracking, and transferring of inventory, both physically and through the computer system.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Time management skills and the ability to delegate.Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
